At Infosys, Rafee founded and scaled the Strategic Technology Group, a global organization of technology leaders, architects, and power programmers focused on delivering complex engineering, cloud, digital, and AI programs for some of the world’s largest enterprises. He also played a key role in Infosys’s transformation into a digital-native “Live Enterprise” and is currently driving the company’s AI-First vision focused on amplifying human potential and creating exponential business impact through artificial intelligence.
With more than two decades of experience, his career spans software engineering, product development, enterprise architecture, consulting, and large-scale transformation programs across industries including banking, manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, and logistics. He has led the development of mission-critical digital platforms serving millions of users and has been instrumental in advancing cloud-native, open-source, and AI-driven solutions at scale.
