He now leads efforts at the intersection of enterprise platforms and applied AI, building agentic systems and multi-agent workflows that reshape how software is designed, delivered, and governed — with a particular focus on introducing autonomy into regulated environments without sacrificing reliability or accountability.

Jennifer is a seasoned senior project manager and scrum master with over 20 years of expertise in delivering complex, high-impact initiatives. She is recognized for her ability to tailor project approaches to address diverse business challenges effectively.

Siva is a Developer Advocate at JetBrains with over 19 years of experience building scalable, distributed enterprise systems. His career spans hands-on software development, architecture, and cloud-native system design across domains such as banking and e-commerce.

He has deep expertise in the Java ecosystem and modern backend development using monolithic, microservices, and event-driven architectures, with strong emphasis on code quality and scalability.

In his current role as a Developer Advocate, Siva focuses on empowering developers by simplifying complex concepts, creating educational content, and bridging the gap between engineering and developer communities. Manjunathan Raman is an experienced technology professional with more than 22 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, big data, search, and enterprise technology solutions. He currently works with Lowe’s India, where he contributes to solving complex business and data challenges through scalable engineering, analytics, and emerging technologies.

Micheal Joshuva is the Founder & CEO of MICH JOSH CYBERSECURITY Pvt. Ltd. and the Founder of the AI-SEC Community Foundation, a rapidly growing nonprofit community dedicated to advancing AI security and cybersecurity awareness. With over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, governance, risk, compliance, penetration testing, and AI security, he has worked with leading global organizations, including EY, Infosys, and Wipro, delivering security and compliance initiatives across diverse industries.

He is passionate about building secure AI ecosystems and fostering collaboration between industry leaders, researchers, startups, and students. Through the AI-SEC Community, he organizes conferences, monthly meetups, hackathons, and technical workshops that bring together cybersecurity professionals, AI practitioners, and enterprise decision-makers. Micheal actively advises organizations on AI security, application security, VAPT, and security compliance while championing open-source initiatives and community-driven innovation. His mission is to bridge the gap between AI innovation and cybersecurity, helping organizations adopt emerging technologies securely while nurturing the next generation of cybersecurity talent.

I solve engineering problems using software.

For the past 25 years I’ve worked on systems that needed fixing, scaling, or redesigning — from legacy platforms to modern cloud architectures.

Most of my work involves understanding how systems behave in production, simplifying architectures that have become too complex, and improving how teams build and ship software.

This includes:

• Refactoring large codebases
• Improving performance and system reliability
• Designing scalable architectures
• Reducing delivery friction through automation and CI/CD
• Integrating new capabilities like AI into existing platforms

I primarily work in the Java ecosystem (mostly Spring), along with JavaScript and Go. I also use Clojure, C#, and Python depending on the problem.

I contributed to the Spring AI ecosystem and I’m the author of “Spring AI for Your Organization”, a practical guide to building AI-enabled applications using the Spring framework.

Outside of day-to-day work, I spend a lot of time building tools, experimenting with new systems, and exploring areas like AI tooling, developer platforms, distributed systems, and automation.

Dr T R Reshmi is serving as a Scientist ‘F’ in Cryptology and Computing Research Group of Society for Electronic Transactions and Security (SETS), under office of principal scientific adviser to GoI.

With a rich professional background spanning 14 years, Reshmi has accumulated diverse experience in industry, academia, and R&D organizations. Her research interests encompass Blockchain, Malware Analysis, IoT, IPv6 co-existence in Next Generation Networks, AI for Cybersecurity, and more.

I’m a passionate full-stack engineer who enjoys building scalable, high-performance applications and solving complex engineering problems. I work comfortably across backend services, modern web frontends, cloud-native systems, and DevOps workflows—taking ideas from concept to production and deployment.

My core experience lies in designing microservices, building performant APIs, crafting clean, responsive user interfaces, and deploying systems reliably using CI/CD, containers, and cloud platforms. I enjoy understanding systems end-to-end: how code behaves in production, how services communicate, how deployments are automated, and how architectural choices impact scale, reliability, and intelligence - especially when integrating AI-driven capabilities.

I am a software engineer focused on Spring Boot, developer tooling, and AI-powered application development. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to build and deploy cloud-native Spring Boot applications, developing a strong interest in developer productivity, OpenRewrite, and the broader Spring ecosystem. I have also been exploring Spring AI to understand practical ways of integrating AI capabilities into Spring applications.

In my previous roles, I worked on Spring IDE support for VS Code and Eclipse, helping improve developer productivity when working with Spring Boot applications in IDEs.

Currently, I contribute to commercial products within the Tanzu portfolio at Broadcom, focusing on building scalable, distributed enterprise systems. I also work on OpenRewrite migration recipes that help teams modernize their applications and upgrade Spring Boot projects to newer versions more smoothly.
