Backend Engineer and DevOps practitioner at SAP Ariba with 3+ years building production systems. Design and maintain RESTful APIs handling 11,000+ req/hr across 4 global regions (US, EU, KSA, India), manage CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps for 2 concurrent projects, and built the team’s observability platform from scratch using ELK Stack — actively used in production for incident triage and SLA tracking.
